The foundation seeks the leading position locally and regionally concerning developing people's lives and using their potential in the development and construction.

The foundation works hard to carry out its mission, which states "Promoting the life of the society in general and the needy in particular in all fields according to the glorious religion (Sharia) in a transparent and professional manner and through cooperation with the relevant authorities and the adoption of the outstanding institutional work." It depends on Allah and asking His aid. Since its inception, the foundation has been working to achieve its detailed objectives, of which the most important one, which comes in the forefront, is building a Godly generation socially, physically and economically, and developing their skills and the building of mosques and the revival of their mission and privileged position. Also the foundation cares for women as it works to promote women socially, culturally and educationally.
